If you haven’t yet had a chance to go check out Bugsy’s Burger Bar in East Amherst, then you’re in for a treat. Upon entering, the music transports you decades back to the glamour and intrigue of the mid-twentieth century. When it comes time to order, take a look at their menu and you’ll realize that you have a seemingly endless number of options. Bring your pickiest friends along and even they’ll leave satisfied. Bugsy’s offers salads, creative sides, and milkshakes, but the burgers are the real stars here.

When you select a specialty burger, you choose your bun and your burger. They’ll do the rest. But building your own burger is the menu option that really sets Bugsy’s apart. They make it easy and quick with their form that lets you select your bun, burger, cheese, toppings, sauce and extra add-ons. Check out the hand crafter burgers that two of our reviewers enjoyed:
