- A Virtual Assistant will work remotely with your company to set up specific projects that need to be accomplished in order to improve the operations of your company. This could include data entry, specific blog content creation, spreadsheet / excel development, bookkeeping, research, project management, client relations, schedule management, customer service, zoom calls and much much more.
- An Operations Management Virtual Assistant can be added as an additional feature on top of the starter package or the pro package, or come by itself. If you choose just to hire an Operations Management Virtual Assistant the minimum is 15 hours per week.
Starter Package

- Appointment Setting.
- Includes incoming calls to book appointments and a chat feature on your website to interact with potential clients.
- Calendar Management.
- Includes automating a text message to go out to the client to confirm the booking the day of appointment or the day before.
- Email sent to all clients as a follow up to their appointment.
- This will be done through automation and will act as a referral builder.
- Business Listing Management.
- Google, Yelp, BBB, etc.
Pro Package
$4,000/mo
- All of the Starter Package features.
- Set up of Freshbooks, Quickbooks, or other invoicing software.
- Set up of Slack / Teams / or other team communication software to strengthen team communication.
- CRM Management and set up of CRM software.
- PowerPoint Presentations.
- 1 Custom project management request per month.
